Title: L1 Technical Support

Location: Cary NC

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Direct Client

Rate: Negotiable

Provide technical support – L1

Should have experience in Call Center (IT Call Center)

Good Knowledge in Active direct directory, Ticketing system

Good Communication Skills and good attitude

24/7 Support
