Dell Services is looking for highly skilled Network Administrator to provide outstanding service to our customer in the Atlanta area and globally. Provide support for implementation, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of agency networks. Study and recommend products to determine those which best meet the network requirements. Manage network performance and maintains network security. Install network software. Provide production support of the network, including: security, day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for the entire client networks during assigned work hours. Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Establish and implement network policies, procedures, and standards and ensures their conformance with information systems and organizational objectives. Train users and staff on network operation. Support the dispatch of circuit and hardware vendors involved in the resolution process. Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. "On Call" rotation supporting Network Services 24 hrs per day 365 days per year including holidays.

o LAN/MAN/WAN technologies to include, T1, Fast Ethernet, GigE, 10Gb, 40Gb, Fiber Optics, T3, CSU/DSU, MPLS, Optical Carrier technology, SONET, ATM, ISDN
o Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewall (Pix, FWSM, ASA), F5 Load Balancers, Proxy Servers, Probe Machines, Network Sniffer, Decode Sniffer Packets, Radius, TACACS+, QOS, VPN, Wireless, CiscoWorks, Cisco Prime, Cisco Security Manager, VOIP."djam""LIDSFG"
o 3+ years' experiencing high-level technical support to other technical support staff such as Network Technicians, Level 1 and Level 2 technical support including International locations as it relates to Networking Services.
o 3+ years' experiencing installing, maintain, and update all facilities for critical systems as systems and technologies change.
o 3+ years' experiencing coordinating with other third party maintenance vendors to provide technical support to resolve issues relating to the Network Services.
o 3+ years' experiencing with basis research, recommend and implement state of the art technologies related to Network Services and security solutions to enhance IT environment.
o 3+ years' experiencing basis evaluate and coordinate with security requirements for Internet/Extranet Network Services.
o 2+ years' experiencing installing, test, optimize and document LAN/WAN data networking environment.
o 3+ years' experiencing basis research and implement system modifications and upgrades on all Data Network equipment and service platforms.
o 1+ years Aruba Wireless experience helpful. Equivalent CISCO wireless experience is acceptable.
o Require direct interaction with customers, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required. Must be reliable and able to work independently.
o 3+ years' experience performing incident response actions related to audit findings and adhere to the Data Network Services Incident Response Plan.
o 3+ years' experience performing software installs and upgrades (service packs, hot fixes, etc.) in accordance with standard requirements.
o 3+ years' experience troubleshooting and remediate network infrastructure problems.
o 3+ years' experience supporting multicast technology, WAN/MAN/LAN routers and switches, Web Filtering and caching technologies, Web Caching (currently Akamai), CISCO ACS, firewall security components, TCP/IPv4, TCP/IPv6, Wireless, VPN, and Load balancing services.
o Require to participate in the implementation of "Disaster Recovery" (DR) site and any targeted Continuity of Operations facility for critical systems and emergency deployment during outbreaks, exercises, and disaster\emergency situations.
o Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA)
o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Specialist
Typically requires at least 8 years relevant experience without a Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
