We are looking to hire a Deployment Specialist who will join our team to lead Phreesia’s efforts to integrate with our existing customers’ systems. This is an opportunity that will allow you to work with US based Healthcare IT (HIT) systems, including EMR, Practice Management, and billing systems.

Our Deployment Specialists should be strong problem solvers, detail oriented, and adept at working with internal and external customers.
Installation and configuration of the Phreesia integration software with EMR and PMS systems.
Troubleshooting technical issues during the integration deployment process.
Working with Product Management, Development, and Interfaces to escalate technical bugs and workflow concerns.
Mentoring and training other team members on implementation and best practices
Providing ongoing 2nd level support for existing integration deployments
College or university degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience
Ability to work with customers to understand their current system environments and implement custom integration solutions
API experience, familiarity with healthcare data workflows is considered a strong asset
Experience with message transformation and exchange between disparate systems
Extensive experience with Windows application installation and configuration
Comfortable installing and configuring new and unfamiliar applications
Superior communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
