Required Skills
Must have experience building software solutions with C#, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Visual Studio 2013, TFS 2013, and SQL Server 2012.
Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, databases and open source software as well as the ability to mentor the team on these technologies
Analytical skills
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
Experience working with distributed solutions and service oriented architectures
Experience with all aspects of an application lifecycle - analysis, high performance design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, testing (unit/system), and support
Strong attention to detail, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
3 years of software development experience
Must be self-motivated person and able to complete work without support
Physical attendance is a requirement of the job
