Job Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will be highly capable of:
* Designing and developing systems for both high availability and scalability
* Developing systems to deliver across international boundaries with focus on i18n
* Designing and maintaining N-tier SOA architectures following RESTful principles and integrating message queueing and asynchronicity
* Architecting and implementing highly stable, scalable and secure APIs within AWS
* Implementing Windows Services to manage AWS SQS queues
* Applying problem solving skills to technical issues
* Writing automated tests (both unit and integration tests)
* Enable others with a focus on knowledge sharing, peering, presentation and mentoring
* Performance profiling and tuning of .NET code
The Senior Software Engineer must have deep knowledge of:
* C# and .NET 4
* OpenRasta, ServiceStack, .NET MVC, WebAPI & Webforms
* Amazon Web Services (AWS), DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3, Elasticache
* SQL Server with strong knowledge of SQL and advanced T-SQL
* RESTful API development in AWS
* Real-time E-Commerce platforms
* Continuous development and Integration
* Working within cross-functional agile teams
The Senior Software Engineer advantageous:
* International delivery services marketplace
* AWS Cloudformation, AWS OpsWorks
* HAProxy, Incapsula
* TCP over 2G/3G networks
* Monitoring and metrics infrastructure (e.g. Graphite, Grafana, Logstash, Sensu, Zenoss, Nagios, Zabbix)
* Windows, IIS and SQL Server administration
* Building continuous deployment
