Senior C# Developer Team Lead candidates with:
Required technical skills include:
- .NET programming in C# and WinForms
- Proven experience developing thick-client GUIs from the ground up
- Relational databases - SQL, Sybase
- Financial Applications
Other useful technical skills include:
- Trading Systems applications
- Front office
- Fixed Income
- Experience with Data Warehousing or Microsoft's BI layer
- Web Development skills - ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript
- Excel and VBA programming
Candidates will ideally have the following:
- Experience working in a Front Office finance environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business
- Team lead experience
The Information Technology Group in Midtown, New York City, NY is responsible for:
- Managing technology infrastructure
- Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing existing business systems
- Delivering and deploying new systems, technologies and services

The selected Senior C# Developer Team Lead candidate will join the Fixed Income Currency & Commodities group team that works closely with end users in a dealing room environment and is involved in all phases of analysis, design and development, as well as second line support for systems and users.
Current high-visibility projects include (all C# / WinForms based):
- Design and development of a generic real-time and batch reporting solution
- Development of proprietary deal entry / management software to better suit business processes
- Replacement of legacy spreadsheet / MS Access based functionality with application-based solutions
Qualified exceptional and Senior C# Developer Team Lead candidate will be an exceptional and versatile front end development team leader for the New York group. Primary skills should be in C# and SQL, team leaders will be hands on, highly motivated and clearly demonstrate both technical excellence and a passion for supporting the growth and success of the business. Technical versatility and flexibility are keys; the team can expect to be engaged in a variety of projects across a broad set of financial aspects and technical skills
