Job Description:

We are currently hiring an eCommerce Solutions Architectto expand our ADMS Services team. The Architect will design and implement eCommerce solutions using leading eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Oracle, Websphere, Insite, etc). You will use broad and deep technology knowledge to architect eCommerce solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions.
***This role requires occasional travel to other U.S. locations for customer meetings/engagements.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead eCommerce transformational programs by facilitating requirements gathering sessions, validate business cases, provide pre-sales support on RFP's, gather and document business and functional objectives
- Establish solution opportunities around eCommerce platforms, particularly in SaaS/Managed Solution models
- Responsible for solution estimates
- Facilitate customer communications, requirements and expectations
- Engage with the onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery experience for the customer while ensuring deal profitability and margins
- Manage customer relationship by communicating eCommerce architecture standards and frameworks; answer questions; resolve concerns and issues
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives
- Diagnose and map client requirements, articulate solution risks and barriers, recommend project approaches
- Prepare time and cost estimates, plan full project life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years relevant eCommerce solutioning and implementation experience
- Experience with leading eCommerce platforms (i.e. Hybris, Oracle, Websphere, Insite, etc)
- Significant experience in eCommerce solutions, i.e. application architecture/enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, package implementation
- Proven past experience in handling customer facing roles in a complex business environment
- Experience delivering at least three eCommerce implementations, through to deployment and go-live, preferably in an Agile development team
- Proven leadership skills to work with cross functional teams during multiple phases of the project life cycle and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Preferences
- Knowledge of Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of relational database technologies and data access patterns and frameworks
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web analytics, mobile and social enablement, hosting
