RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce as a client that is looking for a Senior Software Developer in Redmond, WA who is passionate about helping modernize the tools and experience used by its employees, their partners, and customers.

Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to help enable the IT group and IT Mobility strategy and the acceleration of modern mobile scenarios. The ideal candidate will work with the DisCo program teams, other IT BPUs, the First and Best team, the product groups, and ISRM to drive a strategy, POR, and discrete deliverables that help teams accelerate world class modern experiences.
This role reports to the Principal Development Lead of the DisCo team. The candidate may be expected to engage directly with senior management and leadership roles in other internal groups across the organization to drive alignment, accountability, deliverables and results.

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in computer science or related field
* 7 + years of professional software development experience
* Solid hands on coding skills in C#, .Net and WCF
* Experience in developing Windows Phone applications in XAML is required
* Experience integrating Federated Identity (ADFS) or OAuth (Facebook, LiveID, etc) into the above apps
* Experience implementing WCF, REST and SOAP based mid-tier services

Preferred:
* Strong debugging, analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience with enterprise software development
* Proven track record of shipping major projects
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills
* Independent leadership skills
* Prior experience with Azure, SQL Server and service oriented architecture is desirable
* Experience in UI and UX design is a plus
* Exposure to Azure WebRole, Azure VM and Azure Service Business
