RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Android Engineer with BLE / Bluetooth experience in Seattle, WA.
Summary:
The client's Mobile and connected devices team is hiring talented contributors to play a key role on a high profile undisclosed project. The candidate can leverage their software development knowledge, industry experience and their passion for new technologies and platforms. The ideal candidate will make a significant impact developing the next-generation of applications and services for some of the most successful brands in the media and entertainment business.
The candidate will participate in a wide-range of challenging software development projects, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As part of an agile development team, the successful applicant will work alongside other talented engineers who share passion in this space.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10 + years of software development experience
* Android SDK and App Development skills
* Java coding skills
* Building third-party libraries, frameworks and APIs used by applications
* Android Bluetooth stack experience
* Experience integrating with RESTful web services
* Experience unit testing APIs
* Experience working collaboratively using agile software development process
Nice to have:
* Unity 3D experience
* BLE (Bluetooth Smart) and RF experience
* Android NDK and JNI familiarity
* iOS and Objective-C familiarity
* C/C++ programming experience
* Game design programming experience
Soft Skills:
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Good communication skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, curious, responsible and flexible
