Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator in NYC, NY

A multinational luxury goods company located in NYC, NY is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator to join their team. This AX Administrator will primarily responsible for providing support to the finance team, Dynamics AX upgrade and integration with other corporate applications and retail POS support for retail users with Reporting and Analytical queries. An ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical ability, exceptional customer service skills and working within a corporate environment. This company is continuing to evolve and grow their department, and views this position as essential to that forward momentum.

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics AX Administrator job include:
• Dynamics AX Application support including upgrades, Tax Updates and Reporting
• Responsible for appropriate security standards (Applications, Communication and Backup/Recovery)
• Assist IT group with new projects- DR implementation, CRM deployment and payment terminal upgrade to chip and pin
• Microsoft Dynamics AX application modules experience (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)

Required Experience:
• Good verbal and written communication skills and time management capability
• Knowledge on how Retail ERP systems integrate with other solutions such as Concur or SAP
• This position requires a minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience in Retail environment
