Job Description:

Mid Level Project Manager (PM) with 3 to 5 years relevant experience. to leads ebay solution implementation projects including coordination and prioritization of project tasks, managing timelines, maintaining project plans, cross functional resource coordination and communicating status to clients, as well as senior management.

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, define project tasks and resource requirements, track the status*of *deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues

For approved Project Change Requests, update the appropriate documents and project work plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitments

Identify and escalate risks to Implementation Manager and participate in contingency planning.
Ensure that commitments and changes to commitments resulting from the requirements are negotiated with affected group

Manages day-to-day coordination of assigned resources making sure resources are scheduled appropriately, with visibility into when they will be needed.

Manage client relationships and expectations by becoming an extension of the client's implementation and business team.

Build strong rapport with clients including managing the relationship, issue escalation, contract adherence, expectation setting, and status communications. Drive client satisfaction and address issues causing dissatisfaction.

Liaise with cross functional teams to coordinate tasks owned by the team.

Provide client and senior leadership with regular project status updates.

Escalates issues with resources, budgets timelines, clients, tools, process and any other project assets to Team Leads and/or Implementation Manager.

Works to provide Client with a seamless, unified experience when working with cross functional and multi-faceted ebay Enterprise resources.

As required, schedule and lead project related meetings and calls with ebay Enterprise Client resources.

Champion and adhere to corporate solution implementation methodology and make recommendations on improving that process.

Keep informed of current omnichannel commerce best practices and internal initiatives affecting the delivery and use of ebay solutions.

Assist client with identifying additional functionality, modules, upgrades, or expansion opportunities within the overall ebay solution suite

Complies with ebay performance management process

Qualifications

3-5 years managing projects involving custom software development, packaged software, third party software integrations, and software upgrades.
Solid project management skills in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Strong background in retail and/or e-commerce industry, web applications and architecture
knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Experience in people/relationship management
Experience in risk management
Experience in change management
Experience in utilizing project management software
Strong commitment to driving results
Strong blend of business acumen and technical knowledge
