Risk Analyst Job in Jersey City, NJ

Modis is looking to fill a Risk Analyst Job in Jersey City, NJ with a Fortune 100 Financial Company. the role is required to implement information risk processes, executes and monitors risk related procedures, promotes risk policy awareness, and/or tracks and reports on risk compliance in line with established IT Control policies, processes and procedures. Proficient in several IT Controls practices.

The following skills will be required:

In depth understanding of risk management control concepts such as Access management, Security configuration, Information retention requirements, Capacity planning etc.
Experience and proficiency with the Phoenix Operational Risk Management tool or similar.
Ability to host informational meetings with the IAAS organization to communicate risk control evolution and change to ensure the organization is compliant with risk management requirements.
High level understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and terminology
Ability to develop and maintain strong peer/client/customer relationships at all levels
Project management (Prince2 foundation knowledge or above)
An understanding of ITIL concepts such as incident, problem and change management processes and procedures
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to both a technical and non-technical audience
Ability to perform in a highly pressurized and changing work environment.
Degree level education or equivalent caliber
