RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in the advertising agency realm looking for a Web Designer/Developer in Orlando. Florida (FL). The Web Designer/ Front End Developer will help implement high-profile digital communications and effectively deliver messages that engage the client's target market.

Duties include addressing client requests and providing effective solutions, which may include:
* Develop web pages utilizing industry standard techniques, tools, and site development platforms/languages
* Ensure that content layout is accessible and logical, and recommend improvements
* Update and maintain existing websites and database applications, including routine edits, text updates, and adding PDFs, links, and photographs
* Test web pages for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions, and give solutions for problems that may arise
* Recommend architecture improvements
* Produce design concepts & prototypes, including user interface and usability elements
* Implement interactive features, dynamic pages, and social media applications; integrate new media into user interfaces while focusing on usability
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective message delivery strategies and help formulate plans for future enhancements of web sites
* Assess new media, standards, technologies, and trends
* Share web design best practices, usability, technology, and trends with team members

REQUIREMENTS:
* Web Designer/Front End Developer: 3 years

Desired Skills/Abilities:
* HTML/HTML5, XHTML & CSS
* Web page creation, web site organization, and web site maintenance
* Content management platforms (Wordpress, SharePoint)
* Bootstrap framework experience
* Knowledge of integrating database information into Salesforce
* JQuery, JavaScript, and/or other tools to customize interactive features
* Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design tools for digital imaging and illustration
* Current web design best practices, trends, and techniques; user-centered design
* Cross-browser and cross-platform issues and resolution strategies
* Search engine optimization and analytics analysis
* Proficient in Dreamweaver and hand coding
* Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into requirements and technical solutions
* Ability to effectively manage time and work on projects with tight deadlines, including quick turn-around tasks
* Ability to work independently and with diverse groups
* Highly organized with strong website management skills
* Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience:
* The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree or certification in web design and development. Other academic backgrounds will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate sufficient technical aptitude and design skills
* The candidate is preferred to have 3+ years of experience
