RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kfroce has a client seeking an Application Engineer in Beaverton, OR.

Duties Include:
* The nature of the work is focused on the company's computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information
* Develops code, configures applications, and defines job schedules for low-risk, low-impact, well-defined requirements
* Creates test plans, executes tests, and validates test results for unit testing
* Perform application support, problem solving, and issue resolution with assistance
* Applies global process standards to system changes
* Applies coding / configuration standards and best practices
* Conducts Compliance Issue Remediation
* Assists performance test scripts and executes performance tests with assistance
* Contributes to technical design documents and assists in researching engineering tools

REQUIREMENTS:
* Typically requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 0 - 1 year directly relevant work experience, one of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 year; Masters + 0 - 3 years; Associates degree + 1 - 3 years; High School + 3 - 5 years

This position is specific to development on the Drupal platform with the following additional requirements and preferences:
* Ability to write Drupal modules that create custom solutions to client problems
* Proficient writing skills and the ability to draft site architecture documentation like wireframes and site-maps
* Proven 2 + year track record of working with Drupal sites
* Familiarity with Git and Drupal development technologies such as Drush, Features and Views
* Knowledge of Drupal-adjunct technologies such as the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery / JavaScript
* Knowledge of RestAPI is a plus
* Expertise in writing MySQL queries is a plus
* Theme development with bootstrap is a plus
* Knowledge of the Moodle Learning Management System is a plus
* This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment
