Access Staffing is conducting a search for a creative IT Director with experience in a large insurance company. This is a direct hire/permanent position located in Iowa.
This person will lead the strategic planning and implementation of all application operational systems, data systems, technologies and processes for a $1B+ line of insurance. They are looking for someone exceptional---someone who has the strong technical background in application implementation and the infrastructure to support it, but also has the business acumen, strategic mindset and proven ability to get positive results through influence and leadership.
They need someone whose experience includes:
a manager of multiple managers and their teams in a large, complex IT environment
demonstrated leadership skills in short and long term strategic planning, program management, system development and implementation
a solid background and understanding of IT for the insurance industry, preferably life insurance
a Bachelor degree is required; a Master a plus
