Application Analyst Job

Application Analyst needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Princeton, NJ.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT-related positions with relevant experience in user applications (excellent excel and access capabilities required), programming (visual basic), and databases
- Commercial experience desired, experience in Generic Forecasting, Marketing and knowledge of IMS
- Experience in working with cross-functional / cross-divisional teams.
- Alternatively, consulting background with relevant industry focus

What you'll be doing:

- Develops and maintains a system for forecasting and launch planning and execution
- Provides solutions to efficiently source or extract, cleanse and analyze large amounts of data (e.g. from other data sources) with the help of analytical models
- Works with the team to improve the group's operational efficiency
- Establishes a process to electronically collect reliable cross-functional forecasting and launch assumptions with a certain frequency
- Works with the cross-functional team to ensure process and data integrity
- Responsible for new product forecasting with focus on new product selections
- Reliability and efficiency of forecasting and launch tools and systems
- Availability / invention of solutions to increase team productivity
- Standard forecasting; efficiency of data collection, and reliability of data

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Prior experience in a healthcare company, including but not limited to generics, large or specialty pharmaceutical or drug wholesaler environment.
