Job Description:

Our Vancouver based enterprise client requires an experienced Windows Systems Engineer for a long-term contract position.

Skill Set Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree
5+ years of experience in a Systems Administration role in a 300+ Windows Server environment

Experience with Windows Server 2012 is highly desirable
3+ years of experience with Powershell scripting; ability to automate enterprise-level tasks
3+ years of experience supporting a virtualized environment - building and maintaining virtualized machines (VMware)

Experience working with SCCM is desirable

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Very strong experience with Windows Server 2003/Windows Server 2008/2012
Experience building servers from scratch (hardware and software)
Experience with data centers would be a great asset
Experience with VMWare would be a great asset
Experience with Citrix would be a great asset
