Job Description:
Java/Scala Developer required to join a leading brand in the Financial Services market.
This is an exciting role focused on application development using market leading technologies such as Java, Scala, Big Data, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Spark etc.
Technical Skills Required
- Excellent Java programming.
- Strong Scala development skills alongside strong Java programming skills.
- SQL Programming Competency.
- Strong understanding of software build/release management (with at least one build tool eg ANT, Maven)
- Familiarity with development patterns
Location: London
Duration: 6 months+
Day Rate: £550 per day
