Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking Test Engineers for current and future programs that are migrating existing mission and business applications to an Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) based environment. Specific responsibilities include:

* Overseeing and participating in component testing, providing associated documentation (test procedures and test reports).Interface with stakeholders and service providers to ensure customer goals are realized.

* Write test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.

* Write Test Plans, Test Reports, and Write, review and execute Test Procedures.

* Update the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) to map requirements to test cases and scenarios, and to reflect test results.

* Provides support to client testers during acceptance testing, including test script walkthroughs, document testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality.

* Candidate may be asked to perform as Test Lead for other testers on the project. This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: (This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3)* Test Engineer 2: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical degree and 2 years of software/systems testing experience required (2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 4 Years with Associates in Science; 6 Years with High School/GED);* Test Engineer 3: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 5 years of software/systems testing experience required (3 Years with Masters in Science; 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Associates in Science; 9 Years with High School/GED)* Experience in waterfall or agile development methodologies.

* Experience in all phases of system testing and evaluation, with a proven ability to work independently or under only general direction.

* Experience with writing test cases and scenarios.

* Experience with Cloud testing and technologies.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

* Current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with engineering estimation and planning.

* Excellent customer relationship skills and good coordination skills.

* Knowledge or Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) desired include: EC2, S2, Elastic IPs, EBS, Security Groups, and VPC.

* Experience with Intelligence Community missions and systems.
