Busines Tools creates world-class enterprise software to advance the mission of Banking; within the group, the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team focuses on internal applications for compliance related to Bank Secrecy Act and similar global regulations.
The Business Systems Consultant 4 (BSC) contractor will support our User Experience team by thoroughly documenting requirements associated with changes and enhancements to the user interface.
The BSC will utilize project management artifacts such as standard BRD forms. This is an individual contributor role expected to communicate effectively in a technical environment.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience preparing written technical requirements for enterprise-class software
Expertise in written and verbal communications on technical issues
Exposure to user experience and interface design
Proven skills partnering with designers, project managers, systems consultants, and other diverse stakeholders
Comfortable with tight deadlines, flexible to adapt to changing priorities, and effective within matrixed decision-making environments with geographically dispersed teams
BA/BS from an accredited university
