Job Description:

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Shall have a Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience or (13) thirteen years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree. Shall have seven (7) years experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. Shall have two (2) years experience designing, developing, updating, and maintaining web pages using associated web page creation tools. Shall have two (2) years experience in the cleared environment. Experience web development using the following tools:

* HTML5

* CSS3

* Javascript (JQuery, Angular.js, React.js)* Database (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Mogo, etc.)* Experience with one or many of the following Scripting Languages: (Perl/PHP, Python and/all)* Apache

* JSON Ajax

* REST APIs TS//SCI clearance with Full scope polygraph is required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience web development using the following tools:

* Java (J2EE, JSP, Servlet)* CMS Experience (Django, Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal)* Grails

* Ruby/Ruby on Rails

* Web Development Tool Experience

* Cold Fusion

* Subversion

* Experience with Intelink/JWICS

* Experience in building forms and field validations

* Experience with CASPORT

* Experience working with PKI and Server Certs Experience in graphics design and the use of a wide range of presentation tools. Demonstrated familiarity with web designs concepts, practices and procedures. NGISCYBERMD ISCYBERDIV
